Spotify Email Won't Update

My spotify email address won't update to my new email address. I use facebook for spotify, and I updated the primary email address (and deleted the old one) in July, but the email address on my Spotify account still has not changed. It wasn't a problem before, but now I have lost access to my old email address so I really need it to be updated to my new email.
