Spotify Family

Spotify Family

Hey,

 

I started an spotify family account. Everything works, in a few days the money will get booked off, but at my settings menu i cannot find an option to cancel the subscribtion if i want to in the future... It says i have spotify Free but when im at the windows application it tells me im premium.

 

Did I do something wrong? Or will the spotify free status change when the money gets booked off?

Hey @McLovin69,

 

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

You can login to the website with that username to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.
 
In there you can cancel if you want to, and delete your payment info.

Nope, there is no option to cancel. Only to take premium...

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

After that, check the status of your subscription. In there you should be able to cancel.
