Spotify Free but payment every month

Hello Spotify,

about 10 months Spotify is debiting the Spotify Premium tariff (about 10€ per month) from my bank account although I am sure that i cancelled my premium in those days. What can i do now?

Hello @seplayer1, welcome to the community!  

You would need to contact Spotify directly for this, you can do that here. If you get an automated reply just reply directly to that email (even if it is a no-reply). They should be able to find out what is going on, and why you are getting charged still for premium even though you canceled.
