no reply from customers service

I bought a spotify subscription card and activated it but it was activated as spotify unlimited so I bought another one wich I activated as premium but when i checked it got activated as unlimited so I contacted the customers service and they replied. I needed to sent some information and they would fix it but they never replied to my last e-mail or fixed anything.
