Spotify Iphone 6 mobile network error

Since half a year my spotify account doesn't connect by using my mobile network.

It stays on ''connecting...'' (''verbinden...'' in Dutch).

I can use it on my wifi-connection, but when I'm outside on my mobile netwerk it doesn't work anymore. All settings are correct (checkt by my telephone provider (KPN/NL) and Spotify). It says I'm offline, but I'm not. I can download the music on my Iphone, so I'm able to listen music. But it's strange I can't listen to music while using my mobile network.

Can anyone help me?

I already got a new telephone and simcard from my provider and they also checked my subscription. Everything is ok. Is there anyone who have/had the same problem?
