I just got charged on my credit card and I didn't even know I have this service. So I came here and logged into my account to cancel my account. But I can't find anywhere that I can cancel my account. I checked under help and it says go to Subscriptions and click on Cancel. I went to Subscriptions and nowhere on that page is the word Cancel. Obviously Spotify is trying to make it impossible to cancel. Someone at Spotify better read this and help me cancel my account or next you will be dealing with my credit card company and it will be a waste of your time. Stop trying to make money by cheating people and run a fair business.

Ok, now I found the solution!!!
I also subscribed on my iphone! Fact is, that nobody told me that it will cost 12,99 instead of 9,99 and nobody told me how to cancel!!!
Now I found out that i have to do this on my itunes account, where I found the Spotify premium active. There I could cancel it.
Very good work Apple and Spotify!!! Trying to be sarcastic!!! And then nobody knows how to handle that!!!
I have tried three different browsers and when I navigate to each of the "Subscriptions" pages there is no where to click "View Options" which is what they recommend to cancel your account. I am very upset.
I have tried to cancel using the link provided on the "solved" FAQ, but nowhere is there the options to cancel nor even the "view options" tab that is claimed to be there. This is no old issue, Spotify knows this is happening and has made no attempt to fix this. This is theft, ourtight and blatant.

The account page usually works without problems, but things can sometimes go wrong. (same thing with most websites)

Spotify is just one problem after another. I tried to tweet you on your link you posted and when I posted the tweet it says it can't send the tweet because it looks like it is automated? WTF? Why do you send me to Twitter anyway? You can only type about 100 characters in the message. Very unprofessional customer service. If you want to solve this please send me an email. Hi I recently got spotify premium on my iphone and now I can't figure out for the life of me how to cancel. I've looked at multiple posts about this problem but to no avail. People have given links to the Subscription & Payment and Cancellation sections but I'm completely unable to get anywhere. The link to the "subscription management page" just comes up with a screen saying the page can't be found and something went wrong. I have absolutely no options right now and I really need to cancel. this. Someone please help!! I've also tried the links with three different browsers and still nothing works.

Thanks for the update. I'm still waiting. When a company starts playing fast and loose with credit card charges they can get into legal trouble very fast. There needs to be a way for your customers to remove thier credit card information at their option.
Same problem for me, no options at all to cancel subscription, take care of this now

I got answear from the Spotify support finally. I signed with my Iphone in the spotify app.
I could solve the problem according to: http://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT202039
If the link fails:
Go to appstore. Select the star (featuring). Scoll down. Click on your AP-ID. Select view and log on. There I found the subscription and could stop it.
If you didnt use Iphone, try to solve the problem where u signed on. It´s sick that Spotify app and website isnt connected.

You signed up for Spotify through Apple, so you'll need to have a chat with them and ask them to cancel the subscription for you.

I have already submitted a help ticket on Spotify. Your reps contacted me a couple of times and then the ticket died. I just checked my account again. It says I have no subscription, no payment methods, and no payment history, yet Spotify billed me 99 cents in December. This is really messed up. I have just asked my bank to cancel my credit card so you can't charge me anymore. Suck on that, Spotify.
