Spotify Offline gives message "no internet connection" where can I claim my lost time

Spotify offline in the Netherlands on 22nd of June 2016 gives message "no internet connection" which has nothing to do with the problem. I spent 45 minutes on a non existing problem due to this "stupid" message. Where can I claim my lost time?
