Spotify Payment

Spotify Payment

I have been on the Spotify trial and it has now ended so I have signed up to the Spotify Premium. However, when I go into Spotify, it now says "your last payment didn't work" and it states to renew my subscription or downgrade to teh free spotify.

 

I have re-entered my bank details. This didn;t work so I then unsubscribed and re-subsribed and it is still coming up with the same error.

 

Any suggestions??
