Hello spotify, After my 7 days trial I suddenly avail for 3 months premium using Smart load, I recieved the message that my load was already deducted together with the reference number but after checking my account it still hasn't got premium I kept logging in and out again and again still nothings changes. I can send the 2 reference numbers as a proof. Thanks
Best to get in touch with the Support team either via the Contact form or tweet @SpotifyCares. They should be able to track down what happened to your payment. It's best if you can send those proof over to them securely as well.
