Spotify Student Problem

Hey everyone,

So I signed up for spotify student to try it out for a month to see if it was worth it, and canceled the membership right after I signed up so that I wouldn't be charged again after the first month was up. So I decided that I would like to have spotify premium, but now when I try to get premium on my account using the students page I get an error message saying, "Oops, something went wrong, try again."

There isn't really much to go on with that error.

I just want spotify premium at the student rate.

I have a similar problem, but it just takes me to my account page. There isn't anything that I could find that would allow me to switch it over to the student discount

one person at customer support told me they're updating payment servers, which may be causing the error. not sure how true this is, but it's better than nothing
