Spotify Subscription Problem

I'm having a rather odd issue. I just signed on to my Spotify account like always (it's a linked facebook account). But for one reason or another my subscription status has reverted to Spotify Free and I was charged for this month on 12/19/2013 and the payment has cleared. I tried viewing my reciepts within the Account Subcription tab, but recieved "This feature is currently unavailable. Please try again later.".

 

If there is any more information I can provide, please let me know 🙂

Hey there, you've actually ended up with two accounts, both created via Facebook. It's not something we can fix up via Community, but get in touch here and one of our support team will get back to you as soon as they can. If you get an automated response, reply back to it directly.
