Spotify Vodafone Premium Didn't Received

Spotify Vodafone Premium Didn't Received

Hello there,
I monthly purchase a tariff from Vodafone(Turkey) that gets premium for my Spotify account for a month. I have been using it for a few months but this time even Vodafone tells me that I already have everything that I need, I didn't receive the premium. Could you check it out please?

Hey @alpzy,

 

I'd recommend getting in touch with Spotify Support so that they can check out your account, and also Vodafone to ensure everything’s up and running smoothly from their end.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

I have tried to communicate with spotify support with the contact form at the link given by @maxim on this topic. Currently I am waiting for a response. I'm going to update the topic accordingly.

I've been communicating with Vodafone support and they kept telling me that everything seems fine and I should communicate with Spotify support. As I tell about my problem to Spotify support, they told me to communicate with Vodafone since Vodafone is responsible about upgrading the accounts to premium. In the end, Vodafone support told me that there's an "update" going on and I should wait. Probably it was one of the customer service employees who doesn't know anything about this stuff. Been days since then. Currently there are no solutions for me and I don't know what to do about this.

I sent mail them. They wanted a screenshot which shows its free account. But they didnt replied me so i called them and they told me that they are searching. But there is no answer since then.
