Spotify can't verify the payment made in your account. I have'nt made any payments! Account blocked

Hello everyone, 

Its very simple, I'm trying to sign back into my Spotify artist account I have for the band I have. I cant login in, its says user not linked to spotify. But when I create a new account with the email, it says email already in use. 

So I contact Spotify and they are now saying Upon checking,**bleep** (* added for security) was disabled because the owner of the payment details used on the account spoke with us. We were told they didn’t authorize these payments. 

First up, this is lies as I have never been in contact with Spotify regarding this. Second, I have never subscribed on that account. NEVER. I use my personal email for subscribing. Now they have blocked me out my bands artist account. 

I need to get this sorted. Any help? Has this happened to anyone before?

We have no way of looking at your account backstage from the forum, so your best course of action in this regard would be to reach out to our folks who support artist accounts, explain the situation one more time and appeal their decision.
