Spotify cancelled my Premium because they couldn't "collect money"

Spotify cancelled my Premium because they couldn't "collect money"

I just wanted to use my Premium account as every day, as suddenly when I opened the app it says "unfortunately we couldn't collect money for you so your subscription is paused". What is this??? I pay my billings with Klarna and the last one was exactly one month ago ( I got confirmation that I paid it). So now it'd be the time when the next billing should arrive, but instead there is this wonderful message that my premium is paused. What the hell should I do?? And no,  I don't want to change my payment methods, I neither have a paypal account nor a credit card. And besides if I want to choose Klarna again, it just says "oh there is a mistake" but doesn't tell me where the mistake is. In addition to that I shall pay 9.99 which I refuse as I'm a student and only have to pay 4,99. 

 

Can anybody help me with that? I contacted the service, but this will last far too long....

You mentioned you already contacted support?

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

If you still have not gotten a reply:

Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.

 

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check the email on your account here.

my bill is paid but the app want open.  Should i delete the app and reinstall
