I put up with annoying adverts on Spotify as I dont have a premium account but yet i am being charged every month for the premium service. Spotify wont repsond to my emails so what am i to do, totally frustrating!?
Hey, thanks so much for your help but this link just brings me to my subscription page which just tells me what i already know. I also cant send another email message thought the 'contact us' section as it wont let me go futher than the first box. Last time i managed to do this they didnt respond anyway. How hard can it be, ive been trying for over a month now! 😞

Okay, no email from anyone about my premium charges on a non premium account after emaiing them three weeks ago? Im completely frustrated and angry at how terrible spoitfy is, i hear more and more negative stuff about this sort of thing on spoify from people, please restore my faith!?

Do make sure the correct email address is shown here and keep an eye on your junk mail folder - ideally using your service provider's webmail.
i remember now, i couldnt use the contact form as i could only go as far as step 1 out of the three drop down box options they give you, the others were blanked out so i couldnt proceed. This has happened before and is happening now.
I will try sending the email to support again via my hotmail rather than my work email. Maybe that was something to do with it
This alternative contact form is likely to work quicker than email.
