Spotify family not working, help

Spotify family not working, help

Really quite annoyed upgraded weeks ago and none of my family have been able to login yet. The links just take them to the login screen and when they login using my credentials they are told they are already a member! I am really dissapointed at the lack of help and the difficulty of the whole thing.

Please can someone respond.

Hey @simckenn,

 

That error is occuring because they are trying to login using your account. All members need to have their own Spotify account. If they do not have a Spotify account yet, they can sign up here: https://spotify.com/signup

Many Thanks Maxim, I had now worked that one out. Instructions are pretty unclear, in that it just sends you to a login page with no mention of redeem until you have created the new account.
