Spotify for Creators Support

My Question or Issue

I'm not sure where else to go with this, but the chat support (only medium available) for Spotify for Creators is abysmal. I have had a podcast episode blocked for over a week now because of a copyright check for content that I have permission to use in my intro from the artist. I have chatted with SEVERAL different people from support, all without any answers. Consistency is a critical piece of growing a podcast audience and Spotify is needlessly blocking my content without communicating and addressing the perceived "issue". Really frustrating.

Sorry to see this has been happening to you 🙂
Could you take a look if you've received any emails from us? Both recent and in regard to the copyright notice.
It's possible that more details will be visible there.

In the meantime though, as we don't have access to accounts from the forum, there isn't much we can do for you from the Community. We'll be keeping an eye on this thread just in case, so make sure to let us know if there's anything else you need a hand with.
