Spotify free, but being charged..

So I noticed I was being charged $10 two days in a row...I didn't accidentally press premium bc I just checked my account and I still have Spotify free....what is going on. I want my $20 refund.

Hello @Mwongg, You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, if you think you`re eligible for that. Just contact spotify support, and you`ll hear from them shortly.
