Cancelled free trial & still charged

Spotify,

 

I signed up for a 1 month free trial of Spotify Premium and my account said I had to cancel by Dec. 17th, 2016 otherwise I would get charged for the following month. I cancelled on Dec. 17th, and see now that I have still been charged - it looks like there's a bit of ambiguity around what "by Dec. 17th" means and am hoping you are able to reverse the charge.

 Hello @kathrynd, You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, if you think you`re eligible for that. Just contact spotify support, and you`ll hear from them shortly.
