Hi

 

I have premium family plan and I have a problem with Spotify app for Mac 1.0.1.1060.gc75ebdfd

 

I tried to Sign out everywhere here https://www.spotify.com/us/account/overview/, doesn't work 

I also read here and here here, but still th same.

 

I'm for sure sign out form everywere, becasue I use only it on two macs at work and home.

I use email based login, I did not use social media accounts.

 

What else shpuld i do ot fix the isssue ?

Hello and welcome to the Spotify Community!

Have you already changed your password as well? 
but anyway.. You should get in contact with the customer support by using this contact form or via Twitter @spotifycares.

When you receive the automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible and don't forget to check your Spam-Email's as well ;).
Spotify should answer you within the first 24 Hours.

 

 

 

If they don't reply to you, please write heare your Case Number so i'll lead this to the spotify team.

You can do that by signing into the account page on the Spotify website.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
