Spotify is blocking access to my account

I had made an account(username) few years ago. The name of my podcast is "House Newsic" and now that I'm trying to reset my password with the same email as I have used before, I'm unable to log into my podcast although my episodes are still available on Spotify. This is very unethical n frustrating. Can someone help me with the issue please as I'm unable to get direct help from Spotify. I truly appreciate any useful tips 🙏
