Spotify is charging me double in the .99 dlls x 3 months promo!!! BEWARE PEOPLE

Hello, i recently bought the 9 pesos x 3 months promo, and at the first day Spotify charge me .99 Dlls. My surpise came the next morning when i received a message from my bank. another charge was made from Spotify: 109 pesos (10 dolls aprox.).  And  today Spotty charge me again with 9 pesos (.99 dlls). Whats happening? its some kind of SCAM or what? Im really mad and sad for the bad quality of service... Can someone help me over here ?because your email help service isn't working very well (they aren't answered yet, and i send an email yesterday afternoon. )

very confusing thing.. the email says no reply and here you tell me that i need to reply that email... whats the problem with the confusing help service? i didn't expect that from the spotify family, very disappointing. i will try to reply the email bot to see what happens...
