Spotify keeps charging me for a monthly subscription

Hi,

 

To begin with, I have no clue how I ended up with having Spotify. I remember tempering with it for a very long time ago. I've not used it since then. However, now it got my attention -- it has been charing me on about $15 (99 SEK converted) now and then. I a few days ago got into the contact form and demanded a complete deletion of my Spotify account. Now, as I checked my mail, no response, and two weeks ago Spotify took another $15 from my account. I now turn to the community, and I demand Spotify to delete everything related to me, and my personal bank details before I try to reach them by phone.

 

Please, have me removed, or just stop taking my savings.

Did you get an automated email reply when you submitted your contact form? 

 

If you did, then please post your case number here and I will ask someone to look into why you didn't get a reply. 

 

If you didn't, then it sounds like your account email address is incorrect, but be sure to double check any spam/junk folders as they often get caught up there. Since these issues have to be dealt with by that team, if you don't have a case number can you get in touch using this form making sure you use the correct email and then post the case number here?
