Spotify keeps playing a hated song over and over

I use Spotify Running, but can't use the "personal playlist" feature - its ruined. it keeps playing Modest Mouse and Ramones tracks over and over, sometimes back to back, one time four in a row - and not the good tracks, some of the worst stuff either of them have ever put out. It's horrible! 

I think it's because I listened to "I wanna be sedated" once on a run, and must have done the same with modest mouse, or ignored them when they came on once. I hate modest mouse.

isnt there someway I can edit my music taste history, or block these songs from coming up ever again?
