3 month plan/Family plan subscription problem

3 month plan/Family plan subscription problem

About 2 weeks ago I purchased the 3 month 99¢ plan with Spotify (Proof below). Today I was curious about the family plan and I while looking at the plan I accidentaly clicked it and signed up? It didn't even ask for confirmation. Either way I tried to cancel it, but once I did it said I no longer have the 3 month plan and instead it says my plan expires the 27'th of January. I checked and my premium should run untill sometime late febuary. So i'm just curious if I my 3 month plan is still on? I checked my subscriptions and no where does it say I have a 3 month plan.

Im having the same issue and ive e-mailed them and they send me the same link and it hasn't even been fixed!!! Help Spotify.
