Not when I emailed spotify over a million times since November ninth and today is the 18th. NINE FREAKING DAYS AND I STILL DON'T HAVE A RESPONSE FROM THEM. EVERYONE GETTING THEY PROBLEMS SOLVED BUT ME! This is unacceptable and Im pissed
Don't understand why you have a spotify community and NO ONE RESPONDS TO ME!
SPOTIFY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT WHEN I ALREADY ENDED THE SUBSCRIPTION, SOMEONE REPLY BECAUSE IM AGGRAVATED!!!!!!!!!!!!

@Shawtyskins Hello and sorry for your bad experience... The community covers a lot of issues and there are few of us that -volunteeringly- help. So, it's only normal that some issues go unanswered.
That being said, if you have received a no-reply email from Spotify, you can reply back to it to speed things up instead of creating more cases.

I have paid for premium plan for months and I can not sign in with it on my phone or my tablet. How many times do I have to Uninstall it to work.
