Spotify not syncing between devices

Hello!

I have spotify premium on my laptop and my iPhone. My playlists weren't syncing between devices so i deleted spotify on my phone and reinstalled and now I have no playlists on my phone. When I follow a playlist on my phone it does not sync to my laptop and the playlists on my laptop are not syncing to my phone. However, spotify Connect still works so the devices are definitely making a connection. I have tried looking at my playlists on the Spotify Web Player and it loads indefinitely, and also it won't let me view my profile on the desktop version or the Web Player as it says go online however I am definitely online as it is allowing me to play music.

How can I fix this problem?
