Spotify premium with NUS discount problems

Spotify premium with NUS discount problems

Can anyone help me please?

 

Usually I use Spotify premium through my NUS card, therefore I get it at a reduced price. I also use Spotify through my Facebook, but went decided to sort and clear my facebook, whilst doing this though, I must've removed my Spotify account from my account. When I tried logging into Spotify again, it appears I am now on Spotify free. Have re-entered in all payment details and have 30 day trial, but when tried to re-use NUS card for discount, it was not accepted, as I had used it before.

 

Essentially what I'm asking is, is there anyway I can get somehow use my NUS card again, and have my account like it was before I deleted all my data etc...?

It seems that your account has been duplicated by accident (this happens when Spotify is removed from Facebook and then readded). I suggest reaching out to the official support team using this online contact form: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
