Spotify premium without creditcard or paypal

Hi! I still have 301 spotify unlimited days left over but i want to change it into 155 days of premium, as it says, but since i dont have a credit card i cant do anything.
Is there any way to change it in to premium? can you guys do it manually? 🙂
