Spotify premium

Hi, 

I've bought spotify premium about one month ago. By then I could get 4 months (or 3 I'm not sure) for 0,99. I got that, I paid with Ideal, so I had to order one month extra and paid directely for all of the months. 

But, suddenly I don't have a premium account anymore, I tried logging on and of. I also don't have a premium account according to my online overview.

But I'm really sure I got a premium account for 4 (or 5) months.

Hey @Petoet,

Unfortunately, it's not possible to claim the offer via iDeal (it's no longer supported as recurring payment method) so you've only received one month of Premium.

I already paid for all months. And you can still use IDeal for paying a spotify premium account.

That's right but now you can only pay via iDeal for pay-as-you-go (PAYG) payments so the subscription won't renew automatically and you'll have to upgrade again manually.
