Hey Laurence! Welcome to the community 🙂 

Firstly, I am going to remove your email addresses from your post (any staff members will still be able to see them) just to protect your privacy. Best not to post those details in public unless you want an inbox full of spam 😉 

If your Spotify account was created via Facebook, then that Facebook account needs to remain active for you to be able to use the Spotify service, that is just the way it is I'm afraid. If you wish to stop using Facebook, you can either get in touch with customer services (again) or there is a DIY tutorial here. 

On that account, are all of your playlists missing? The 10 hour limit applies to all free accounts which have been registered for more than 6 months, there is no way around that one other than subscribing.
