Spotify says Im not premium member

I've signed up for premium and my desktop version and Iphone version both say it. But at time both will "reset" and will say I need to upgrade. All I have to do is sign out and sign back in. But my problem is I will have to redownload all my offline playlists and that's just too much time to waste due to paying the monthly payment. Any reasons to this?

Payed for premium my sill says free account and still can't do any of the premium stuff. Tried all the stuff on spotify help.
