Spotify spam mail??

Hi. I get theese Spotify mails from Spotify sweden that says " we can not charge your account ". Still your charging My account. Is IT spam? Also, the Spotify logo is in black/white?? Emil

Hey @orrell86 thanks for reaching out in the community!

Hmm, I would say to use the contact form so that someone from the payments center of Spotify  can check this for you. You simply pick the right steps until you come across a bright green "I still need help" button and you press that. It should take you to the form. After you've sent it, if you receive an automated email directing you back to the help pages, please make sure to rpely to it even if it's a no-reply.

Furthermore, the spotify logo is black and white here in the community pages, as well as in something like this:

Lastly, sometimes, you can tell if it's spam by the sender's email address. Does it look suspicious to you?

If the account linked to your Community Profile is your only Spotify account, then those emails are most likely to be phishing scams.  Please do not click on the links provided.  If you are concerned about the emails, please forward them to spoof@spotify.com and we will check them over.
