They will normally get back to within 24 hours, but it can take a little longer for some issues if they need to go to a specific specialist team. 

If you post your case number here, which is in the automated email reply you get when you submit a contact form I can escalate it to make sure it gets looked at as soon as possible for you.

Hi Monaim - I can confirm those cases have reached us--you should get a response shortly. 

In the future, if your receive an automated email directing you to the Community just reply again. That case will then reach the right queue. Thanks!
