wrong country

Hey hey,

I've been using Free Spotify in the California for a while now. I moved to a different part of the state to go to school, and after working for a few days in my new location, Spotify has started to give me an error message saying I can't use the service because I've left the country. I've read the solution is to go home and log in there regularly, but I can't do that because of commitments here at school. If anyone can offer an alternative solution or if any of the powers that be at Spotify could help me out, I'd appreciate it.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

As long as you are still in the US it shouldn't be an issue, since what state you are in doesn't actually matter, countries are dealt with at the country wide level. 

Can you just confirm that:

- On your online profile your country is set as the USA. 

- Your IP address on http://whatismyipaddress.com/ geo-locates correctly to inside the USA.

i live in Spain and i use the free version of Spotify

i've spent this last month in the UK but i haven't use it there. now that i'm back in Spain i've tried to log in but it says that i'm not in the correct country

in my account says Spain and my IP is located also in Spain

what should i do?
