Spotify upgraded the wrong account to Premium

I logged in with my username earlier to upgrade to Premium, however I noticed the upgrade didn't work. I then logged out and logged in with Facebook after reading a help article and it turns out that the Facebook login is Premium. I never use Spotify through Facebook, and only ever use my username login. How has this happened? I have loads of playlists etc on my username and none of the Facebook account so this is definitely annoying.

Is there a way to merge these accounts or even just cancel the Premium on the FB account and transfer it to thet username account? There's no way I'm recreating all my playlists or paying for two different Premium subs.
