I had a subscription last year but cancelled due to lack of use. I recently renewed to Premium again in January and all was fine until it stopped working, now my subscription page simply offers me a "Subscribe" button and a pink box above it with a single number "1" inside it. Clicking the box simply results in the same page being loaded and nothing changing. Can anyone shed any light on this for me??? Card details are all fine, the first payment in January went through fine but my receipts are also not showing anything for February, despite the service being used up until today. Help!
P.s - Why has my subscription increased from £9.99 to £12.99?

Did you subscribe through the iOS app?
It sounds like you have subscribed to premium through the iPhone or iPad app via the iTunes store. It costs more because apple charges a fee.
To manage your subscription, you need to do it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.

So I see some other people might have the same problem but I haven't seen any answers or explanations of what's going on. I had a premium account and all of the sudden it seemed to have change yesterday. When I tried to use Spotify on my iphone it said I was a free user. When I look at my account information it doesn't show my payment options or anything and it won't let me "upgrade my account" even though it has a button for me to do so. All I get is the page I have attached below and it just has that pink bar with a "1." I have already attempted to sign in and out of both my phone, my desktop application, and the web player but it is the same result. I have reinstalled it too. The only thing I can think might be related is that it's possible I upgraded to the "spotify student account" about a month or two ago but I cannot remember if I did in fact do that. Does anyone have any possible answer for this or anything?
So today when I logged in I was suddenly "Premium" again. I dont know why. Does it now work for you guys?
Edit: It still shows the "1" in the red box and the Subscribe to Premium button although I am Premium.
