Spotify won't send me an email.

I forgot my spotify password and spotify said that they sent me an email but they didn't. they are not on my email blacklist and they sent me emails before. why does the password reset email not arrive?

Just checking you used this link to reset your password? Have you also checked you spam or junk mail folders as sometimes they can end up in there?

the emails weren't in the spam folder. half an hour ago like 10 password reset emails arrived and it worked. idk what the problem was but thank you anyways.

I am also having the same problem; I know I gave the correct email, but Spotify won't send me anything.

I just tried to get a confirmation email, and it worked, but the reset password email won't work

Thank you for your post here in this thread.

Can you try to reset your password from an incognito/private window?

If that doesn't do the trick, can you try to reset your password from another deivce?
