Spotify wont let me log in on other devices.

My Question or Issue

I have a free spotify account on my phone, and I've had it for a few years now.  I have tried to login onto my computer with that account multiple times, but it doesn't work.  If I try to login with my username, it says that there isnt an account associated with that username.  When I login with my email, my username is just a long series of letters and numbers and none of my playlists are there.  Please help me fix this issue.  Thank you.
