Sorry to hear that the soft reset didn’t help. Could you try removing your offline devices following here?

So I just did that, but I cant even get the app to open past the logo
(loading page that comes up quickly and disappears - if at all)

Thanks for trying that. Next could you try checking your internet connection to see if that makes a difference? If that doesn't help, please send me a screenshot of any error messages being shown.
