Sppotify Student subscription problem

I was trying to subscribe for spotify student and somehow they couldn't verify me as a student so while I was trying upload my student ID with all the details, I got a notification for my bank account being already charges $4.99 twice before even confirming and verifying me as a student.

It's likely if that's the case it worked fine even though you were charged twice.

If you check your subscriptions page, what does it say? I imagine it will say you will be charged in 2 months time as you've been charged twice so the 2 months will just stack before you have to renew.
