Starred Playlist Gone

Hi,

I just realized that my starred playlist is incomplete. For some reason it saved songs that I added from 12 days ago but all the ones that I've been staring since I got Spotify are gone. I think they're about 70 songs or so. Is there anything that can be done?? Any help at all would be awesome!

I am having the same problem. I had to reinstall the spotify ap on my phone and now all of my starred tracks are goin in my playlist. Can you help?  Thanks.

Hi bri1955- You're experiencing a different issue here. You've just made a duplicate account via your Facebook. 

I believe you've signed into that duplicate account which is why you couldn't see your playlists. All you need to do is log out and logback in with your "bri1955" username. You should find all your starred tracks waiting for you.

All you need to do is highlight all the tracks, then right-click and select 'Star'.

Same problem as everyone else.  Logged into my computer at home yesterday and none of my starred songs from work were there.  I added a few things.  Then when I got to work today and opened Spotify it started my logging me out and then back in, and all of my starred songs were gone except for the ones I added yesterday at home.  What's causing this?  Seems like a big flaw for a cloud music service to not work across multiple devices...

The playlist has been incresing and has now reached 150 songs. Could this be some sort of connection issue instead?

Ah, quite possibly then. It seems the servers have been playing up a little today (check the Twitter in my sig).

Any missing songs should reappear over the next few hours I'd expect. Let us know if not.

I'm afraid I can't see any previous playlist history on your account. However, you might want to get in touch with the team through our contact form to see if they have any better luck. Unfortunately it's not possible to retrieve the tracks in all cases, I'm afraid.

My premium subsscription ran out (changed debit cards), enabled premium again and then wham, all my starred items was gone.

This has happned once before (~2007 - late 2009), would apritate if i could get all my starred items back again!
