Last month I cancelled my subscription, clicked through all the way past the jackson 5 song and everything, only to be charged again this month. I don't want this charge, as I have not used Spotify at all and I had already tried to cancel. I also hope this is the last time I have to cancel to keep Spotify from charging me. I'm going to try to remove my card as well this time, but should I just dispute the charge with my Bank?

Hey @dotheknifefight,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

uhhhh my Spotify account is linked to my facebook account which is not only deactivated but linked to a dead email. are you saying i haven't been unsubscribed yet?

I don't know if you cancelled your subscription but it sounds like you didn't complete the cancellation process. Please give that another try via your subscription page. You'll then receive a confirmation email shortly after that.

Does the subscription page say that you're on Spotify Free?
