I recently canceled my premium subscription two days before the next billing because I would not have the sufficient amount to pay. And yet, on the day of the next billing, I was still charged. My bank account went into the negatives, and now I have to pay a bunch of fees, ontop of the $10 for the subscription. Thank you, so much.

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will probably refund you with no hassle. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Same here, except for the account going negative (not by much, though).

I did exactly that. Customer service refunded my money, and with that I was able to have the bank waive the fees. Thank you!
