Strange...

Solved!

Strange...

My premium was supposed to renew 1 week ago.

I didn't have any money in my bank, so it didn't.

Now, it said it would try in 3 days, and if it couldn't it would move me to free.

For some reason, I still haven't been charged, even though I have premium still.

It says on my subscription page that I will be charged £4.99 for premium on the 28/9/12

Any ideas??

Hi Liam,

If the payment system gets the message "lack of funds", your subscription status is kept while the system makes a few more attempts over a period of days. That's why you still have Premium even though no payment has been taken as yet.
That essentially means that you get a few days for free, but that is made up if the payment goes through.

As to why it's 4.99 - are you using the NUS discount ?
