Student Discount Eligibility (US)

Hi,

I am a student at UMass Boston and I currently use Spotify Free.  When I attempted to upgrade using the student discount I was told to provide proof that I am a student.  One of the reccommended forms was a current schedule, so I submitted mine (it contained the present date, my name and the name of my University).  However, I recieved an email that my request was denied, seemingly because "Connection with organization is not supported," but it also told me additional information was needed (thought it did not say what additional information).  Anyone know what all of this means and if I can get the discount?  Any information helps!

Also, I attempted to contact spotify for support but I have just been told over and over to try to get an answer elsewhere, their support system is terrible.

Sadly it hasn't worked fine for me.  I had to jump through hoops just to get emails that told me the same thing over and over again, and I replied to the email as soon as I recieved it and have yet to hear back.  I've done everything they've suggested, I'm just ready to get this all figured out and upgrade haha

Welcome to the community!! You'll really enjoy Premium and the student discount is very nice. You should be able to use your school email ending in .edu as verification as well.

Keep an eye on your spam folder and your inbox to see if you got a reply back. The help should come within 24 hours if all was done correctly.
