Student Discount Issue

I am having an issue with the student discount available for Spotify premium users. Logged in today to change payment options and noticed that my account had somehow been taken off the student account status, and Spotify returned back to charging me $9.99 month. Untelling how long this has been occuring. Point is, I want my student discount offer back. I'm not going to continue to pay $9.99 monthly when I qualify for a cheaper price. When I go to reactive a student discount account, it says I'm not eligible ? Any explanation and guidance for this issue?
