being charged for an account I can't have access to >=(

I recently signed up for the 3 months of premium for 99 cents for my sister. After I filled everything out including my payment information it accepted and Said I already have an account and I was still charged.
My account is under the email one email
Hers is under hers is under another which were being charged for but cannot login because it says it doesn't exist -_-
Maybe because we used the same card and we have the same address?
I've tried contacting spotify but it will not go through because it keeps saying my Email address is not valid. I even tried using a friends email address just to at least get in contact with them and still won't work 😕
Any ideas how i can get a hold of someone to fix this?

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Thanks for your help Matt but after I fill everything for the customer support and go to send it...it tells me my email is invalid and won't accept it...I've tried using both emails and still nothing. I just need to somehow get in contact with them 😕
