Student Discount charged me but won't work

Student Discount charged me but won't work

I attempted upgrading to the Student Discount - entered in my Debit card info, continued to enter my name and institution, where I checked multiple times that my information was correct. However, I kept receiving a message saying the fields were not correct. I was charged the $5.04 to my account instantly, but do not have the Student Discount. I do not want to enter my Debit card info again, how do I proceed to secure the Student Discount? I am firmly certain that my information was correct, my institution even popped up instantly.
