Student Discount is gone

I had student discount, but back in May I started getting charged $10 a month.  When I try to resign up for the student discount, it says that it's unavailable for my account at this time.  What do I need to do to get my student discount back? And is there any way I can get refunded for the full charges that I shouldn't have received?

Hello!

The student discount  must be renewed each year.

You need to first cancel your current Premium, and once you revert back to Free, you may resubscribe to the student discount.

Now for the refund, you might want to contact support directly here so they can help you. Keep in mind they will decide your eligibility for the refund.

If you receive an automated email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually answers within 24-48 hours.

Do I need to wait until my premium completely runs out? Because I cancelled my premium and still am considered ineligible.

Yes. You'll need to wait for your account to revert back to Free before you try to use the student discount.
